James H. Bendall 3D Visual Artist
University Final Project

This final-year university project serves as a definitive showcase of my interior design methodology, centered on the meticulous refinement of every spatial element. The primary objective was to move beyond conventional 3D modeling into high-fidelity architectural visualization, creating a "complete" environment where technical precision and atmospheric storytelling coexist.
A pivotal technical milestone in this project was the integration of IES lighting. By utilizing authentic photometric data, I replaced standard digital lights with profiles that replicate the exact distribution patterns of real-world fixtures. This transition was essential in achieving accurate light and shadow falloff.
