This project centered on a comprehensive residential renovation designed to balance professional utility with modern lifestyle enhancements. The client’s brief required a dual-purpose transformation: the integration of a bespoke yoga studio to support their wellness practice and a slight architectural modernization of the exterior.

The design language focuses on fluidity and light, replacing dated elements with high-efficiency modern glazing and functional outdoor structures to maximize the property's footprint during the summer months.
